Ah yes, the AAA. You either know what it is, or you don't. It's basically a RPG where you adopt an alien, hence the name, Alien Adoption Agency. It's text based, and the idea of the game is to battle your alien against other aliens, and hopefully become the best alien around. You gain win credits, you can fish, play the stock market, take your alien to the gym, explore a wide world, and many many more things besides, I've only just scratched the surface. Another great thing about the AAA, and the main reason why I keep playing it, is there is a huge community of all kinds of different people, and a wealth of message boards and chat rooms where people can talk about their daily lives, argue about different aspects of the game, and just generally spend time with other people.

My name within the AAA is Rudeboy Rupert, and if you don't already know, I'm an admin. This means that I can do almost anything to anyone's alien, and I help to run the game, help people with problems, bugs, try and come up with new ideas and suggestions. I can restore aliens who have been deleted, I can put people into jail, I can delete people, I can give any alien anything they desire, but I'm just not allowed :) If you want to get into contact with me for AAA based stuff, or just anything really, e-mail me here.

If you don't play the game, I suggest you go and sign up, and start playing it, cause it's a fun game. A good tip for people who are new to the game is to go and read the help files, they're maintained by a guy called Reddy Fire and he's an amazing editor who has changed the helpfiles into an up-to-date version and it's a very good resource if you're new to the game. Seeing as I get asked this by every single person who ever talks to me, I am now going to tell you the boring story of how I became admin. This is just so I only ever have to write it out this one time, and I can just tell people to go to this page and read it. Hello if you're one of those people :) Here goes....

"I'd been playing the AAA for roughly a year now, maybe a little bit less, and I had been an editor, along with Addy for several months. Addy had been promoted to an admin about a month ago, and was doing really well as admin, and it was a bit disappointing that he was an admin and I was still an editor, but at least one of us had gotten there. There had been some really big server crashes over the last week, and lots of people needed to be restored, manually. This was a long process that involves editing the alien back to how it was, and it took a while to do, and there were hundreds upon hundreds of requests from people to be restored. I was talking to Jeff, who had been promoted to admin at the same time as Addy had, and he had been an editor before, and I was also married to him. But that's another story. I asked Jeff if he could ask Webby if I could be made an admin to help out with all of these restores that had to be done, cause it was frustrating sitting back and watching people needing to be restored but not being able to do anything to help. Jeff came back to me a couple of minutes later saying that I was now an admin, and Webby had meant to make me an admin at the same time, but had mucked something up, so I wasn't actually an admin when Addy and Jeff were. I wasn't too bothered about that, I was just dead excited that I had been made an admin, so I went to work on restoring people, and did so for about 13 hours straight." And that is the story of how I became an admin. Boring wasn't it?
